Services
We ship from Greater Toronto Area. Stocked furniture will be delivered in 1-2 weeks in most metropolitan areas. All items will be delivered to your front door, where it will be unpacked and inspected. For apartment and condo buildings, we will deliver to the main/delivery entrance. Upon your request, all packaging materials will be removed. ATTENTION: before asking for removal, make sure to read the General Considerations of the return policy regarding original packaging.
Custom or out-of-stock orders will be delivered within 10 weeks, provided no special circumstances occur. In case the 10 weeks deadline can’t be met, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of the situation.
When ordering, please provide a daytime phone number for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Rates
Based on the order size and delivery location, you will be provided with a quote upon order placement. For rush deliveries (2-3 business days) an additional $50 will be charged.
Returns & Cancelations
At Fiber Living we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our selections. Our attention to detail in design, material, construction and customer satisfaction is unyielding.
General Considerations
Authorization from Fiber Living is required prior to the return of any item, considering the stipulations here below. We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned without damage, in the original packaging. All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection.
We recommend that you insure returned items for their sale value.
You are responsible for shipping charges to return any item.
Delivery delays do not constitute valid cause for order cancelation.
Stocked, delivered furniture
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 business days. A 20% restocking fee of the full retail price (non-discounted price) applies to returned items.
Stocked, not delivered furniture
If you cancel an order before we notify you about our intent to deliver, a 5% cancellation fee of the full retail price (non-discounted price) applies.
Out-of-stock furniture
For furniture that has to be shipped from our manufacturers, a 50% cancellation fee of the full retail price (non-discounted price) applies, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Custom made furniture
Sales on custom-made items are final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds allowed in this situation.justo.
